Ruaha National Park
A tourist’s “Dream of Africa,” Ruaha National Park, in the southern Highlands region of Tanzania, is the second largest park in the country, covering an area of 12,950 square kilometers.
The best time to visit the park is during dry season between May and November as most the roads becomes impassable during the rains.

There are campsites, lodges, huts, hostels and tented camps within the park and good hotels in Iringa town.
